Before her role at Copper Rose, she was the Youth Campaigns Senior Campaign Manager at Restless Development Uganda. One of her biggest highlights in this role was leading campaigns and advocacy for the Global Goals at the UN by establishing the Youth Power Panel whom she led and supported to empower fellow youth activists around the world by connecting them with funding and opportunities to track the Sustainable Development Goals and hold their leaders to account for their delivery. Since transitioning from this role, she sits on the board of Restless Development Zambia, providing technical expertise in the field of meaningful youth engagement, fundraising and partnerships.
Faith is a Mastercard Foundation Scholar alumnus and holds an MSc degree in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University, Zambia. Over the years I have gained an outstanding track record in Organisation Leadership, program development, strategic planning, capacity building, program evaluation, service delivery, systems strengthening, HIV prevention, Care and Treatment, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, and sexual and reproductive health. Hands-on proficiency in supporting gender mainstreaming, program research M&E and data analysis, strategic planning, resource mobilization, and managing USAID donor funds. My line of work has accorded me a few notable accomplishments:
-Reaching over 76, 000 people through various community initiatives including sexual reproductive health rights services, ART, ACT, OVC services, and Gender Based Violence prevention initiatives among others.
-Significantly contributed to raising over $4 million in donor funding.
-Awarded the Most Hardworking Employee for 2023 by Copper Rose.
-Awarded the Most Outstanding Employee in 2022 by Copper Rose.
