Copper Rose Zambia strongly believes in working with volunteers and strives to foster their personal and careers journey by exposing them to platforms and trainings that offer relevant networking and partnerships. Over the years we have worked with many creative and hardworking volunteers who are passionate about developing change in their communities. Today we still work and value the contributions that many young people have made towards our work through voluntary services.
Interested in joining us? Great! Our volunteer recruitment is quite flexible as it only requires one to be willing to give his or her precious time and energy just to help their community, have a minimum age of 16 years, and possess the following qualities and abilities

As a volunteer, you will work with all sorts of different people and as Copper Rose, we expect a lot from you.
Passion
Great passion is something you will need have and exhibit as a volunteer. Passion is what keep you going back home each day with a smile on their face.
Reliability
To be a volunteer you will need to be a trustworthy person. You will be entrusted with an organization’s resources, facilities, and customers. This can be a huge responsibility.
Integrity
You will be required to be very honest and understand that everything you will do is a direct effect on the organization, especially when on duty.
Team Player
Ability to work with all sorts of different people, being friendly and flexible is a key trait of a volunteer at Copper Rose Zambia.
Energetic
Volunteering requires positive energy which is a lot like passion. If you have good positive energy, people around you will follow suit.
